Hi, this is the 2 bed and 2 bath apartment in central SOMA. We have a large sized kitchen and a living room. W/D in unit.
We are looking for a roommate share living room. This living room is at the corner of house and the entry is narrow which makes it as an independent area, so you won’t be disturbed. There two huge window walls, you can enjoy your daylight spa at this comfy room. It is double sized comparing bedroom, very large!
The monthly rent is $1300, utilities are not included (approx $50/month) There is an one-time application fee due to sign up, $38. Deposit is super low, just $75.

This apartment is just one year old; it is modern, convenience and super new. The amenities include BBQ area, bike storage, courtyard, 24hrs fitness center, 24hrs mail room and more (check http://www.mossosf.com). Mosso is very close Union Square (15min), Bart station (10min), Caltrain (14min), AT&T Park (20min), the bus station is right down the street. Many supermarkets are nearby such as Whole food, Safeway, Target. Super convenience!
